The meeting space at Canary Hotel offers a comfortable and well-equipped environment for business gatherings and events, accommodating up to 60 delegates depending on the seating arrangement. Each room comes with standard meeting equipment, including an LED Smart TV with HDMI input and a flip chart. Guests also enjoy complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, full air conditioning, and free on-site parking, ensuring a convenient and productive experience for all attendees.

Half-Day Package: UGX 135,000/Person
Time: 8am – 2pm OR 2pm – 6pm
Half day Meeting package includes:
- Meeting room hire
- Tea & Coffee on arrival (dependent on the package selected)
- Mineral water (refreshed at each break)
- Mid -morning tea break with a savory snack (dependent on the package selected)
- Buffet luncheon with one water or soft drink per person
- Standard Meeting Stationary

Full-Day Package: UGX 150,000/Person
Time: 8am – 6pm
Full-day conference package includes:
- Meeting room hire
- Tea & coffee on arrival (dependent on the

- Mid-morning tea break with a savory snack (dependent on the package selected)
- Buffet luncheon with one water or soft drink per person
- Afternoon tea break with savory snacks (dependent on the package selected)
